What happens to unused credits?: Subscription credits reset to your plan's amount each month. Credits from packs never expire, and they are only used after your subscription credits run out.
What if a video fails?: The credits go back to your balance automatically.
How do yearly plans work?: You pay for the year up front, get the first month of credits right away, and the rest arrive once a month.
